Florsheim builds Eagle Ranch in Delhi, truly affordable single and two-story homes. These 3 and 4 bedroom homes are energy-efficient and offer innovative financing.
1994 Florsheim wins a national design award – BALA (Best in American Living)
1995
Florsheim Homes commits to consistent sales and construction training programs with its team. Florsheim delivers this with weekly Homeowner Maintenance classes and specialized sales training.
1996 Florsheim installs a new community sales office for Profiles in an East Modesto retail parking lot, thereby capturing customers’ attention. Pre-sales surprised everyone and a new way of marketing was born.
1997 Rose Lane in Modesto is built as the first community of the “Rose Series,” an award-winning product line that draws campouts and national TV coverage. Early phases were so successful that more land was purchased in California’s Central Valley to expand this product.
2000 Florsheim Homes logo shows new green and gold colors
2001 Florsheim receives national recognition for quality construction and places on the Professional Builder list of top developers.
2003 Florsheim Homes launches Rose Circle in Turlock, popular for its nostalgic style, innovative land plan, curb appeal, and higher resale values.
2008
As the market slowed, Florsheim showed creativity by launching a new marketing campaign, “Name Your Price,” putting the customer at the forefront of decision-making.
2009 Florsheim brings a new, almost unheard of, low, low price point to the Central Valley by selling homes from $195,000 at Valley Blossom in Manteca.
2010 The company expands into Reno, Nevada. An active year includes the opening of 4 new developments between California and Nevada: Valley Oaks in Riverbank, Valley Classics in Newman, Valley Blossom II in Manteca, and Sun Mesa in Reno.
2016 The Rose Park Community has its Grand Opening ceremony next to its sister neighborhood, Rose Lane. While higher density, these new designs blend well with the existing neighborhood.
2017 Solar electric is now offered in Florsheim Homes as a standard feature.
2018 Celebrating the company's 35-year anniversary in the springtime, Florsheim Homes continues to build single-family homes throughout the Central Valley and the Reno areas.
2019 The beautiful new Rose Verde community in Turlock showcased 107 homes total, all within walking distance of the Monte Vista Crossings shopping center.
2020 A new site just north of the Vintage Faire Mall in Modesto spurred high demand for two brand new product lines – Icon and Metro at Inspiration! A total of 227 homes were constructed, along with a pocket park.
2021 Builders learn how to sell homes virtually during the COVID pandemic and Florsheim remains open for business in a whole new “remote” way. Customers buy in record numbers as they are forced to work from home, as part of a national trend.
2022 In a joint development effort with Fitzpatrick Homes, the Founders Point community in Modesto delivers 128 homes in the first year of closings. Florsheim Homes logo provides a new classic, yet edgy look.
2023 Florsheim Homes celebrates 40 years in business in March and launches a new brand image, logo and spectacular website.
2024 Proudly building in Turlock for more than 35 years – Bristol Park, Voumard Ranch, Rose Circle, Rose Cottages, Rose Walk, Rose Verde, Affinity, Fifth Edition and our newest community, Icon Atrium.
