New Florsheim Homes Website
As part of the new brand roll-out for Florsheim Homes, a fresh website was launched. It has all the features of the old website along with some new features such as Book-a-Tour, Interactive Maps, Future Communities, Homebuyer Resources, and a Mortgage Calculator. Celebrating 40 Years
Florsheim Homes celebrated their 40th anniversary in the spring of 2023. The company team enjoyed an afternoon wine-tasting event at the Viaggio winery in Lodi. It was good to have everyone from the company together for an excellent luncheon and great camaraderie.
Calaveras Place, Stockton
The first phase of Calaveras Place is complete and many families have moved in. Keep an eye out for the next phase with two brand new floorplans that’ll complete the neighborhood. Founders Point Community
Along with partner Fitzpatrick Homes, Florsheim Homes held a BBQ for homeowners at Icon, Icon+ and Epic. Over 200 people attended the celebration, and it was wonderful to meet the neighbors and enjoy yummy refreshments provided by Neto’s Catering of Turlock. Lively music and balloon making for the children and lots of laughs made a fun atmosphere.
Epic at Founders Point, Modesto
Epic is making terrific progress with over 65 homes now sold or moved in. Stable interest rates and the low-rate mortgage financing program have helped many buyers own a home. Overall, Founders Point has sold 200 homes in Phase I within the Icon, Icon+ and Epic neighborhoods. With only 11 homes left, now is the time to take another look at the Epic models in Modesto. If you’re looking for a family outing, Modesto has several to enjoy:
- The Modesto Certified Farmers Market is located on 16th Street in the downtown area on Thursdays and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
- Music in the Park for a live outdoor concert from 7:00 to 9:00 PM every Friday evening at Tenth Street Plaza (1010 10th Street) through early October.
