2023 has brought on a steady stream of sales for Florsheim in the first quarter. As interest rates normalize and customers learn about the variety of financing available, we find ourselves in a familiar homebuying market comparable to pre-pandemic conditions. Along with the change in the market, we also saw a change for our company. The new Florsheim logo and brand have been slowly introduced over the past several months. This includes the graphic below and a new tagline. Watch for this new look on the website, signage, flags, brochures, and other materials.
Calaveras Place in Stockton
Nearly 16 families have moved into Calaveras Place II – and Florsheim has designed two new floorplans for the next phase of development. One is a single level with approximately 1,625 SF and the other new plan is a two-story with approximately 2,100 SF. These plans will complete the neighborhood, please contact us for further details.
