Construction is moving right along at Fifth Edition! Many homeowners have now moved in and are enjoying their new homes. Last month, a Pizza Party Event was held where homebuyers were able to meet and greet their new neighbors. A good time was had by all! Fall Fun in the Central Valley
Fall is the season for outdoor pumpkin patches and fall festivals throughout the valley. Below are a few venues for you to visit:
Sons Farm Fresh, 1936 E. F Street, Oakdale
September 16th to October 31st from 10 am to 8 pm daily
Admission is free with corn pits, a small maze, picnic areas, pumpkin checkers and photo ops. Purchase an entry into the haunted house, pet zoo and gem/arrowhead mining.
Dutch Hollow Farms, 2500 Santa Fe Avenue, Modesto
September 28th to November 1st from 9 am to 7 pm daily
Admission is $15 and includes a petting zoo, corn pit, zip lines, super slide, tire dino, bounce house and corn maze. Apple cannon, gem mining and pony rides are extra. There is a lot to do at the farm!

RAM Farms, 716 N. Daubenberger Road, Turlock
September 20th to October 31st from 10 am to 6 pm daily, Friday & Saturday from 10 am to 10 pm. Admission is $12, kids under 11 are $10. “Freaky Flashlight Nights” are $14 and are for ages 12 and up. It begins at dusk on Friday and Saturday nights. You must be accompanied by an adult and children under 5 are not recommended. Don’t forget to bring your flashlight!
